The rate is agreed in writing up front. No surge pricing, no surprise mileage fees, and tolls are included in the quote. Extra stops and waiting time are discussed when you book.

We do not operate CBX, do not sell CBX passes, and do not take clients across the border through it. What if my flight is cancelled and I need to reschedule?
Contact us as soon as possible. If you notify us more than 24 hours before your original pickup, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit your deposit unless you reschedule within 7 days.
Do your drivers speak Spanish and English?
Yes. All Elite Mexico Tours drivers are bilingual and familiar with Tijuana neighborhoods, restaurants, and cultural sites. If you need a driver fluent in a third language, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I add extra stops during my wine tour?
